We offer legal services of big-firm quality but prioritize access to justice by charging significantly lower fees and retainers. For some matters, we offer flat-fee services. For other matters, we charge a modest, replenishing retainer. This presents a win-win cash flow solution for your business and ours. Replenishing retainers allow us to manage our cash flow on an ongoing basis. They also allow us to charge less up front, which helps your business manage cash flow.
Economic efficiencies are key to our approach. Legal services are expensive, and in order to continue to provide our services, we have to make our business model viable. We address this issue by building efficiencies into our model. Our team's collaborative task-management software allows us to keep on top of day-to-day tasks as well as long-term strategy, and it allows us to streamline the levels of supervision that often significantly increase legal costs. We also foster collaborative relationships with our clients. "Unbundling" of legal services and other types of communication can reduce costs while at the same time increasing transparency about our process.
